Althams Prime beef is selected from the finest farm assured stock in England, Scotland, Wales, N .Ireland & Republic Ireland.

All our matured beef is aged to a minimum of 21 days. Once matured it will be butchered by our specialists to the customer’s specification.

(Beef from Ireland and the Bord Bia scheme is also included in our prime selection to guarantee we have quality supply at the right price!)
